Sara Teasdale just owned you

I Shall Not Care

When I am dead and over me bright April
Shakes out her rain-drenched hair,
Though you should lean above me broken-hearted,
I shall not care.

I shall have peace, as leafy trees are peaceful
When rain bends down the bough,
And I shall be more silent and cold-hearted
Than you are now.

Here's one of the dreams I remember from last night.

I was walking out of hollenbeck with some guy in a robe, and we were chatting or something, but when we made it in front of the science center a 1930's type policeman/soldier ran up and was all like, "Where is the robot commander?" And the guy in the robe pointed at the entrance to the science center and said, right over there. I turned around and saw the robot commander, who seemed to have used his super robot hearing to know the jig was up, and started scaling the building like a spider.
The soldier ran by me, as I turned around, and I was all thinking "What you're going to just tell him?" and the guy in the robe knocked out another soldier that was running by him and took his gun to shoot the other ones. These guns sucked. There was a skirmish of him shooting them and them tring to shoot him, and I was shot with one and I hardly felt it. Anyway, I decided I needed to get out and warn the quad, so I started running for the hollow.
This is when things really hit the fan.
The hollow suddenly doubled or tripled in size, along with everything in it except the people who were all freaking out because they had no idea what was going on, which I apparently did, and the trees started lifting out of the ground and were still somehow increasing in size. Then they started walking toward the science center too, and noticed there were also mud people coming out of the ground. Once again, I knew exactly what was happening. I was all like, "shoot, now there's gonna be magma people, too." And, shoot, there was. I knew it would be best to avoid the magma people.
Now keep in mind here, that when I run in my dreams I tend to be less running than I am jumping 12 to 40 feet as quickly as I can in a sloppy DIY sort of manner. So I'm all like, well crap, if I touch magma people I'm gonna get first degree burned, and if I touch a mud person, I might get stuck or find out that my colorblindness made me think a magma person was a mud person, so I screwed it and decided to take a high road. So I jumped like 40 or 50 feet in the air and landed on the branch of this really angry looking tree, who was swinging around and stomping folks. Then I thought, "well I reckon he's gonna swat me dead," so I jumped to another of his branches, and saw the quad.
I'm not sure what happened next because my phone alarm went off, but I'm pretty sure that I warned the quad, and we saved Wittenberg from the giant magic earth army/1930's police army/ robot army war with our sweetness.
